What flexplate is this in my powerglide to 360

Hey all
I'm changing my motor to an internal balance motor and need to buy another flexplate. I'm running a powerglide on the back of my Mopar small block. Thais all came as a kit. It's some sort of Chevy plate can anyone tell me what it is or where I can buy one please.

Looks like a SEMA tag on there. Maybe a close up of the tag showing the numbers on there? That might help. I have a powerglide behind my 496 big block. Similar looking flex plate.

Thanks mate somebody here in Australia looked up some part number for me and I think they found it. Pretty sure this is it
