What goes on first?

On a 1967 barracuda does the headlight bezel go on first or the grille? I am putting them on, after paint, and I can't remember the order. I have the grilles on but it looks like I won't be able to slide the joint from the bezel onto the grille. It also looks like if I put the bezels on first the grilles won't go on either. Not enough room. It is late and I'm beat. Go easy on me.

Sounds like you need to put them on all at same time. LOL Need octopus arms or helper. Honestly though I don't know the answer, just making smart a** remark.

You are right it does sound and look that way. I just try later today. I am being kind of careful cause I don't want to f-up the paint. I just can't believe that I can't ...
