What I did yesterday. I painted a desert racer.

I have been working on this a few hours every weekend for the past couple months.

Spent 12 hours in the paint booth yesterday. I call it a paint booth but really it was a dirty, nasty hole. Heat was all over the place, sometimes the airflow would just stop and so on.

The fiberglass was a bit rough and the doors had been sectioned vertically to make matters worse.

Bodywork and paint came out very well.

The owner, a friend of mine, was very excited.

Thanks. Red White and Blue are the colors he ran on his drag cars and race trucks in the past.

This new body came orange and that's how he ran it last season.
