This is no joke, what direction does the threaded end of the reverse rod go in? Towards the engine? Are these linkage layed out the correct way if you figure the engine is towards the left? Thanks

I set all my threaded ends on trans levers. correct? I cant say for sure? mine were out of hard tellin. had to modify allot. they should work only one way, if proper for your application.

I wished I could help you out. I guess that's why mine is hard to find 1st gear or reverse. I believe I need a 4 speed front to back top to bottom inspection on my trans. Someone with a lift and knows WTF they are doing. I will let a mechanic I trust look at it on his lift, give him the keys and tell him to call me when you get it shifting like it suppose to. I have had enough trying and actually just don't have time.

I will be watching this thread however.

The ones on my duster have the threaded ends to the transmission.
I guess it really don't matter as long as you have clearence for everything, and it shifts smooth.
