What is the Offset?

3.75" would be correct.

I don't think what you're showing is correct.

Taken from summit racing tech article.
Offset vs. Backspacing
Offset and backspacing are similar measurements. While backspacing is the distance between the back of the rim flange and the hub mounting surface, offset is the distance between the centerline of the wheel and the hub mounting surface. Measured in millimeters, offset is the measurement of choice for many custom wheel manufacturers.

Correct. But I think he means backspacing. All the rallye wheels like vintiques are spec'd by backspace and not offset. Backspace and Offset are often mistaken as the same thing. Even though summit says "offset is the measurement of choice for many custom wheel manufacturers" I've found all the wheels I've looked at for my mopar have the backspacing spec, not offset.
