The rear on my 70 duster is sagging bad. The leaf springs and shocks are both totally worn out. In the long run I would want to replace it all and return it to a factory state, or close to it, but right now I don't have the money to do it all. What is the most cost effective thing to do right now that will support the rear end better until I can finish it all? New leaf springs? New shocks? Where should I get them from?

You might try and find a good spring shop and have your springs re-arced. Add in some new shocks and this should keep you riding good for a while until you can finish it the way you want.

check the shock mount plates, if your car was treated bad before you got it, the shocks could be running into your trunk, hence the sag. That would be very easy to fix, other than that, I couldnt tell you anything other than what Cuda34067 said.
