Used to set or unset a bolt, nut or screw, socket or tip of your choice and hit it with a hammer. It is directional.
 
The one is a valve stem restorer. Remove core, freshen threads up.
 
If it's random mystery items yer after, I've got plenty, These are from my grandpa's garage. I only know what B1 is (hint: it was made in the '70s for V8 engines).

That wasn't close enough? Then howabout a ignition breaker spring torque tool. Outboard boat engine related.
OK I willl give it up. It is a tool for checking how much mechanical advance is in a distributor. I actually would not mind having one.
