What Oil Pan for QA1 Suspension Kit?

We have a ‘66 Barracuda. It has a 360 LA engine in it (actually a 408 now). We are installing the full QA1 front and rear suspension. I had looked on Summit’s site to find an oil pan that would work with the QA1 k-member. I found one where someone had asked that specific question and was answered with yes it will work. I ordered it but it does not work with our setup. Needs about another 1” to clear the steering rack (see pics). So for those that have done this suspension swap what oil pan worked for you?

Not to be a smart a**, but have you asked QA1? They undoubtedly designed their K frame with a particular oil pan in mind...
 
It’s not the sump that interferes with the rack right? It’s the area in front of the sump? This is like the third Early A owner I’ve seen report this issue with the QA1. One guy notched his pan to allow the clearance. I agree with the others though. Ask QA1 what they recommend.
