What ratio?

Free rearaxle. 7.25.

Have it up on blocks. One drum held fixed. Turn the other drum 1 rev. And I get about 2 rotations of the universal yoke.​

Pulled the cover. Counted the ring gear. 41 teeth. Pinion is in the oil. Can't count it.
What ratio?

41 ring gear in 7.25 rear is usually 15 tooth pinion which is 2.73 ratio

Seems about right, common gear ratio with those rear ends.
