What RPM do you set the timing at on a 74 dart 318?

Hello, Could someone help. I have a 74 dart swinger 318 automatic. Does anyone know what the engine rpm is set at to adjust the timing? Thanks.

Stock engine........TDC at 750 rpm.

Mine likes a little advance.8)

No worries.....I bump mine up to around 6-8 btdc.
Completely stock motor.

This is how I check mine, but you'd need a timing light with an advance knob on it or you could put a timing tape on your damper. If you don't know how much total timing you have you're not gonna getting all the power your engine has to offer.
