What should the timing be on 71 Dodge Dart with the 318?

I have a 71 Dodge with the original motor.Some times it takes it while to start. I think the timing is a little off. If any one knows what the timing should be please let me know. The guy that had car before me replaced the distributor.

Factory sticker says 0 degrees on my 73, but it sure doesn't like it.
I have about 10 BTDC and it seems to like it pretty well.
I just left the dist a little bit loose and advanced it little by little till it started pinging at wide open throttle and then backed it off till the pinging went away.
