What the heck is an AHB Diplomat?

I know that the Diplomat and Gran Fury cars were popular with police and fire departments, but I have yet to see what the "AHB" letters are supposed to mean. Anyone care to spill the news?

I believe it was the option code on the build sheet/ data tag. As in E58 or A01 etc.
