what tire size?????

What is the widest tires I can fit on the stock 14" steelies on my duster? I am going to buy tires for it tomorrow and want a bigger foot print.

A 225-70-14 (25.6" Tall) is about as wide as I would go, on the back, with a 14" x 5.5".

Some will say.... "My dad had been running 275s on a 5.5" wheel for 20 years......"

To which I reply.... "I could have sex with a turtle too, but that doesn't make it right."

If you want to push things, don't go beyond a 245-60-14 (about the same height as the stock tire) on that wheel.
