What type shifter plate is this?

I recently bought a 64-65 a833 to swap out the gears into later model trans. This plate was mounted on the early trans it does not look like any I have seen before (Inland or Hurst). It has the number of 9-9006 or 9006-6 stamped on it. Any help would be appreciated. Sorry about the upside down photo.

Of course my first instinct is to tell you to send it to me and I'll figure it out LOL but it looks like it probably goes to something like V gate shifter ??
