We all know that he was busy stuffing big-blocks into Darts in 1967-9, and his GSS Demons in 71/2 are well known but I have never heard a peep about what he was doing, if anything, with A-bodies in the 1970 model year.

Was there a 1970 GSS Swinger? I've never heard of one. Was he too busy playing with the new-for-70 Challengers to worry about the little Dart that year?

Inquiring minds would like to know! :D

I can tell you what he was doing in 76.

Ripping people off that ordered parts from him.
We never ordered from him agin and neither did any of our friends.
Although he had some neat cars, where I'm from we do not glorify him.

They did 6 packs in 71 & Paxton superchargers in '72.

1970? Not a peep that I have heard yet.

Love him or hate him, the man is a legend in the Mopar world, I’m sure he screwed a few people in his life, just like any car dealership, times were tuff by 76 for Mopar. I think he focused on trying to stay afloat after 72, not many people were flocking out to buy performance cars after 72. We probably wouldn’t have M code A body’s if it weren’t for him, his name is legendary, just like Baldwin motion, Yenko, Shelby are to the other of the big 3 . Met him many times, and the wife loves the guy lol
