what water pumps are you using

Now that it is over 100 degrees where I am temp may become an issue. I have a 68 Dart with a managun 360 eng. 380hp with an aluminum radiator and a fan with a clutch close to radiator. When I got the car running earlier this year it seemed to run a little hotter then I think it should be. It would be around 190 in the month of March and it was not hot out at all. I even changed thermo and fan clutches. Heard some say that the stock w/p may only have 6 blades. does anyone know if the stock magnum w/p have 6 blades on the water pump. Does anybody know of a water pump with 8 blades and a plate that goes on the back of the blades. Let me know.

Not too sure about the plate you are refering to, but try a water pump for a car with A/C, as it should have 8 blades.

Anti cavitatioin plate....try the Milodon HV...it has six blades and a anti-cavitation plate...they claim 30% flow
