Anyone know how to find out exact year or around what year these lower control arms are? I have a pair of A body lower control arms. Any numbers or year stamped on it? It does have have the rubber bumper on them yet.

Thnks,

A body lower control arms from 1962-76 are all the same thing.
They fit all the A body cars.
Only thing different to them is if they have sway bar mount tabs welded on them.
65-72 have the tab welded on the bottom, near the ball joint stud hole.
73-76 have the tab welded on, pretty much in the center of the arm.

Some year LCA's have numbers stamped into the river heads, and if you know how to break down the numbers, it can give you a clue what year car they officially came off of.
The rivet by the ball joint has three numbers.
The first is the number of the year it was stamped out.
The other two are the shift it was made, and the assembly line that it came down.
The other rivets three numbers are the date of the year it was made.
Easy peasy, wasn't that.
