What year is this wheel/column from?

Does anyone recognize this wheel? Was told it came out of a 67 barracuda (I know, wrong car altogether) but the guy drove it home, so it must work. It isn't the same wheel as my 67 270 has and sure doesn't look correct. Is it possibly out of a '66 or older Dart? I'd just like to make sure before I take the old steering column out. So next question, will it fit in my 67 Dart? I'm off to search the interwebs but if anyone can answer first, please do!
 
Columns have changed year by year. The early A's and B's were only different by the length of the steering shaft.I would say you can as we installed a 67 B column into a 65 B. Thus getting rid of the cable shift tranny and going with a 71 727.
 
I guess I'll have to install it and find out. It's amazing how much interchanges between years and body styles seemlessly.
