What's new in engine stands?

I got my HF 4 caster up this past weekend, 360 block with heads, tried to turn it to work on crank area, thing spun like no other. I think I'm pushing it's limits. I didn't have this problem with my last stand. hoping I can figure something out to be able to spin the motor.
 
Mine spins too easy.

If it's not perfectly balanced, it will find the heavy side for you real fast.
 
I have two H-F stands with long blocks hanging on them. 1 sb Mopar, and 1 sb Chevy. Been there for several years, but just for precaution, I did brace them with a 2X4.

I got the same one through Jegs, though $20.00 more. My local HF never could get them in stock.
Great stand! Holds my 440 with ease.
