Whats the best deal you have ever gotten?

Let's see, about 8 years ago I got a 10 year old Grand Cherokee for $1. Supposedly the transmission was bad, and the PO was told it would cost $5 grand to fix it. Went down, got it & drove it home. It had been sitting a while so it needed an exhaust, belts, a couple calipers but that stuff's just maintenance anyway. The transmission problem? Mis-adjusted kickdown linkage. 
Still drivin' it.
My last employer was quite a source of freebies...a 10x16 shed (it needed to be removed from some property they were vacating...they even paid to have it moved to my house!), an almost new 5x10 trailer (they had to move some equipment and found it would be cheaper to buy a trailer than to hire a mover...they had no need for the trailer once the equipment had been moved), and an old but serviceable ATV.
