whats the difference between these two clutches?

one [675] is for low performance sb's excluding the 340

and the other [739] is for 340,383,400,440 etc...

thats their logic

however if you have a built non stock 360 making over 375hp you better get the 340& up [739] version.
 
they talk about the centrifical weight/s and weather they will apply at the same rate, which is the basic design and helpful to the lighter pedal feel they offer.

I used the higher output version with my back up 318.
From what I could tell/feel, no issue.
