What's this gasket called?

There's what looks like a liquid gasket between the inner fender and the fender. I've done multiple searches and can't find any references to it.

What do I use to replace that gasket?

Seam sealer. Check 3M.

I don't recall seeing one unless you are talking about that splash shield.

The op was referring to the body sealer used between where the fender bolts to the inner fender (hood/fender jam area).

I used transtar body sealer that comes in a caulking tube. Easy for application. I think a tube was like $14 bucks.
