This is the turbo I am wanting to buy. I just want to make sure that this wheel is not going to be a problem since it has damage to the coating. Can anyone elaborate??

I thought they marked them when they balanced the assembly? Perhaps that is the fin that they ground to balance the turbo?

Yeah! The guy contacted me and stated it "WAS" yellow paint that Forced Inductions got on it when they marked the bolt.
I made my offer and waiting on a response now.
