set a set of two wheel adapters to go from SBP to LBP for Mopars ...thats 5 x 4 to 5 x 4.5 ...

also a set of new calipers for my diksc brake conversion...these are the 73 and up brakes from an A body which I used on an early A ....

$50 for wheel adapters plus the ride
$30 for calipers plus the ride

Never used. Went another direction. They will fit 73 and up. Dusters and such. Not sure about other questions...
 
I have used those adapters to drill hubs and drums also. Knock out the 4.5 studs and bolt them up and use the stud holes for your pattern and drill with a drill press.
 
I think the 76 and up use a larger piston, the other dimensions are the same. If it's a 76 and up it might be a good upgrade over the smaller piston caliper. Caution, you might need to go to a larger bore M/C though.
