Wheel and tire choices for a Dart/Scamp??

I was thinking of running an old school combo on the '71 Scamp but haven't pondered much on tire sizes.

What I had in mind was a mag up front of some type (probably 14x6?) and some 15x7 m-body steel wheels on the back. These are same wheels that are on the Fifth Avenue's and Diplomat's IIRC. The Scamp has the 4.5 pattern.

What tire can you reccomend that is fairly meaty that I won't have to hack the rear quarters for??

I would think stock wheels you should be able to go 235's. I have 225's on the rear of my 71 Swinger and have a little room.

You can put 245's or 255's on those 15X7's and they will clear. Some guys are even running 275's.
