I have found out that the doc. diff axles are a 71mm center bore ( if that's right) The wheels I am thinking of buying have a 83.82mm center bore. Even though the wheel is that much bigger could I still use them ? Am I going to have any problems ? Thanks

Technically the tapers of the lug nuts will center the wheel.

Many aftermarket wheels have a larger center bore then the applications they go on.

You can use them, you won’t have problems. The wheels will be lug centric vs being hub centric. Many aluminum wheels are made this way, not just aftermarket ones either.

A lot of people get really hung up on the hub centric thing, but if you look at the stock hubs in many cases they’re unmachined castings, they aren’t a precisely machined part on most of the rotors available. If you’re concerned about it you can buy hub rings, that size will likely have to be custom made though.
