When do I have to stop eating junk food ?

Now would be a good time to start better habits, do it before a doctor tells you that you have to.
A little fresh fruit & veggies will be a good start.
Just think garbage in...

Each time I clean out my truck, I look at the various wrappers from food joints and wonder just how much longer I should be eating corn dogs, Del taco burritos, 7-11 taquitos and such.
I'm 48 and in decent shape. I have good endurance and feel younger than my years. NO blood pressure issues, non smoker, no drugs or booze. I work construction so I get daily exercise.....Still, I wonder.
Maybe I'm one of those guys that will live to 100 still eating Twinkies, Cheeze its and Whoppers from Burger King.

You could just wait until a blocked artery tells you to. If by that time it's not to late.

Even if you dont gain weight or feel unhealthy, junk food in general is of course bad for you in the long run. Having the habit of eating fast, in the car etc is also not gonna be a good idea in the long run. Everything in moderation is always a good idea :) I mean it's not like you have to start eating only vegetables, regular decent food is actually always tastier and better then junk food. Junk food also has that nasty way of making you almost addicted to it, because its usually a lot of sugar and fast carbs in it, so getting of it can be a bit hard. It's a good sign that you are thinking of it, thats a good start. I love getting a pizza or a burger now and then, I try to have it with water (or beer :)), those big jugs of coke is just such a sugar bomb you would not believe it.
