where to buy press on lock washer/retainer for hood hinges

Putting my dart together and I need the press on lock washer/retainer that goes on the hood and trunk lid hinges where they slide onto the studs. I tried Lowes and 3 auto parts stores.

Most fastener dealers carry them. Mr. G's has them. Pentastar carries them as well.

I got mine at Lowe's. They did come with a plastic cap on them that I simply removed.
