Where to get a trans linkage bushing????

Hey guys I have my old 81 D-150 I am trying to find a bushing for the shaft that goes from the frame rail over to the trans. Its the shifter linkage. I have looked at Dorman/Motormite parts and they only have the smaller bushing for other points along the linkage. Anyone have any ideas? It a 1/2" shaft and about a 3/4" hole in the bracket that it fits in.
Sorry not my A-body but I need to fix it soon, I have it up for sale.
