Where to get non mds lifter retainers/ yokes?

Where can I get a set of non mds yokes / retainers at a reasonable price?

I have found some at various sites but they run $63-67 each where as the mds versions run about $2.70 each. I can get set of non mds lifters with yoke for $68! I already have the non mds lifters just need the yokes.
Any thoughts?

Do you have to swap them out? Don't they just act like regular lifters when MDS is not engaged?

That's what I was hoping anyway.
 
If I was to keep the stock cam I would use the mds lifters. But since I am using a bigger cam it's better to run non mds lifters. Just don't want to take a chance with the higher lift and increased rpm.
 
last time I checked the hemi had 16 lifters. That kit for $180 gets you one side of the motor.
