Where to get seat knobs

Where can I get seat knobs for the back release 72 Dart. I cant seem to find them. I don't have to have original. Also, anyone have an out of the box idea?

Herbs auto parts has those but be prepared for sticker shock.
Most any handle with a set screw would work there including the ones from a fast back b'cuda rear seat back release.
