Where to get these Headlight Harness Grommets?

Hey Mopar buds! I'm desperately trying to find these gromets as seen in this randomly googled engine picture. They're the rather large grommets on the front portion of the inner fenders that the headlight harness goes through. Is anyone reproducing these? Thanks guys!

They look similar to a drain plug in the bodies. Can a body plug be modified if you can't find those exact ones?

You can find them on Ebay, just measure to order the right size.
