After decades, I found a tag surrender receipt for my 70 Duster that I had in high school. I Googled the VIN and got zero results. Last known whereabouts was somewhere in East TN. 1970 Plymouth Duster, 318/904, FJ5 Limelight with black vinyl top. I converted it to a 340 4 speed, swapped the original bucket seats and console for a bench seat when I swapped in the 4 speed. Last time I saw it in my area, it was for sale in a local trade paper several years after I sold it. I went to look at it and it had been poorly painted black. I passed because they wanted more for it than I originally paid in 1974. I went back a few months later after having 2nd thoughts and the owner told me they had sold it to someone in E. TN. I'd love to know if it still exists, so PM me here if you have any info. Thanks.

VIN could possibly be VL29G0B313323 if built at Hamtramck or VL29G0R313323 if the car was built in Windsor, Ontario. The 7th digit on the document I found could be a B or an R. It is kinda like "Pat" on the old Saturday Night Live.....could go either way!
