Which backspacing for front of 69 Barracuda

Which backspacing do you think will offer the best tire fit in my 69 Barracuda? Rims I am considering are 15" x 6" with either a 3.75", 4.0" or 4.25" backspacing. The car has the Kelsey Hayes disc brakes. I am still debating tire size which I know makes it harder to answer.

4.25" backspacing for best fit. I'd run 15x7's with 215/60/15 or many times 225/60/15 tires will fit but there are variables and some people have had issues. 15x6 with 4.25" backspace will give you a little more room than a 15x7 with 4.25" backspace.

If I had to go with 3.75 backspacing on a 15x6 with stock disc brakes any idea of a good size tire to use that will turn and ride well on the street without rubbing?
