Which BB's came with steel/roller timing sets?

Just curious, which big blocks came from the factory with the "silent" nylon chain sprockets and which ones came with steel/double roller timing sets? I'm mainly interested in what the regular (non-HP) 440 and 383 4-bbl engines came with.

I know my 68 383 had a nylon cam gear, but I believe it was a 2bbl engine.
