4spdragtop, My wife tried again and got the below. I see your in Canada (Ontario), while in the lower 48. Tariff BS (Don't get me started!) or high shipping cost, or both? I guess I'll look at available options and post another thread, ugh. While this is the next model up, same applied to the one you purchased. She tried both:

The question is how good is the image. I can find ones to buy all day long. The problem is I won't know well they actually work until I've already bought.

Its not bad sometimes you have to update the software but its free its an android app. I do agree, a cheap pixelated image is not good

I practiced with it a bit, ill post pics/video later. Im happy with it. Mine has 2 lens, 1 on the end and 1 on the side.
Ive encountered same msg as you before, and changed my "ship to" address. Quite often the shipper won't deliver to our PO box, they want a physical address.
Go to Amazon.com and type in Depstech once there. It should give you a LOT of options. The model i got is Ds300.

The nice thing about Amazon is if you don’t like it, you send it back free most of the time.
