Which gas tank??

I own a 71 Dart that I am about 2 weeks or from putting back together. I just got new paint. I am replacing the entire drive train, which is where my question comes from. The original gas tank has the 4 vent tubes coming out of it. I am not using the original 318 engine and I am going to replace it with a 360. Should I replace the tank with a tank that doesnt have the vent tubes coming out of it. Are there any advantages to one tank vs the other?

I would think that if you don't need the clean air (or charcole canister) I would just get a regular tank. When I did the 71 Demon the tank came with the 4 vent tubes and I just put plugs on 3 of them.
