which hinge pin repair kit?68 cuda

autozone can get 2 different ones with bthe same description.
pn 38382.......just 2 pins and 4 bushings
pn38381........3 pins and 6 bushings even though there are more parts this kit is 5 bux less

also how many kits do I need to do both sides of one car?

You need 2 of the first kit you listed. The bottom hinges don't have bushings, but I always drill them out and install them. You have to file the outer part of the lower hinge to get it to slide back over the bushing shoulders. If you don't want to add the bushings, you can weld up the wallowed out hole and redrill it.
