The '65 Formula S power booster failed for the second time, decided to finally upgrade. What aftermarket source would be best? Thank you.

As said, the Doctor Diff booster and bracket
Bendix Style Dual Diaphragm Booster for Mopars
A distribution block suitable for four wheel drums and a dual pot master cylinder
Mopar 1 Piece Distribution Block
And a dual pot master cylinder for four wheel drums, '67 and later, several different styles. For example:

1975: More Information for CENTRIC 13063018
You will need to bend up new lines from the M/C to the distribution valve, and tweek your old lines from your old valve to the front and rear. Alternatively, Doctor Diff (and others) have custom pre-bent line kits.
