Which Oil Filter?

    Trying to "restore" '68 cuda w/383. Which oil filter would be "correct"? Memory is not so good anymore so I thought I would tap into this great body of wisdom here. As I remember, and what seems to be available, are two choices= one is white with two blue stripes and black lettering and the other is white with red and blue stripe and black lettering. I seem to recall that the two blue stripes came first and then the red and blue stripe soon after. Please enlighten me. Got any dates? What would you use to be "correct"? Thanks.

    Look up tonysparts.com He will have the correct oil filter. Look to pay around $40
    That's just one of many vendors.

    Don't see these oil filters anywhere except on Ebay. They are not cheap.
