Which Oil Pan to use?

I am getting ready to drop my engine into my car, but I don't know which oil pan to use. I've heard that pans from a 440 C-body will work for my application, is this true? Thanks all Cris.

The C-body big block pan will work, but there are times the steering linkage still hits the pan. A little massaging will take care of that. I haven't tried it yet, but I have read that if you use 73-76 center link, idler/pitman arms, and steering gear you can use any factory passenger car pan. I will be trying that with my Barracuda as I have a factory baffled pan and the car already has late steering compnents.
