Which shifter mechanism do I need????

I am going to install a B body 71-74 pistol grip shifter in my 67 Dart. I am going to have to buy a bolt in shifter mechanism but I am not sure which one to use. The hurst website said that the 68-69 A body mechanism would not accept the pistol grip shifter. Anyone know which mechanism to use?

I have a Hurst shifter mechanism and the pistol grip bolted up without problems. As long as the mechanism has the two bolt holes I dont see a problem. I dont know what year my mechanism falls in but more than likely its the same year you have mentioned.
