Which valve covers?

This goes along with my which color thread I am stuck on which set of valve covers I want to use.

If i use the factory magnum covers I will paint the raised parts to match the color of the block. If i use the other ones I have I will paint them either black or the color of the block and have some 318 Magnum Stickers made for them.

Which do you guys like better?

Yes but LA covers fit and dont leak when used with LA gaskets there is just five unused holes in the head.

i would go with the magnum covers for the extra bolts and clamping alone. i had leaks.

I know it wasn't a choice but I would say neither.

Wrinkle black the stock magnums . Little wrinkle makes anything look cool

Neither of these are my first choice but I have them I also have a set of factory LA 318 covesome wherere

If They wont leak id use the L/A covers. But I dont like the look of stock mag. covers. JMHO

I'm no fan of the magnums, but you never know what a little can of wrinkle paint can do....
