High flow pumps can move the water to fast and it does not get cool.

I'd probably use the milodon unit to save a few bucks....

Or you can use this pump (I have made by these guys on my 340 it's a hi flow as well) its a high flow unit and its only $64.

I am going to use this one....PRP-6660

I am switching to this only because it's rated at 50 gpm versus my Meziere one that flows 35 gpm...
