I am looking to buy a complete front end rebuild kit it seems the big 3 are Just Suspensions, PST (performance Suspension Technology), and Performance Suspension. Besides all the bushings, ball joints, and tie rods I am looking to get new torsion bars and sway bars. Any suggestions on who to go with or who to buy from, or are does one company make better torsion bars or sway bars than the others. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!!

They are all about the same if built in the USA. I got mine from ESPO.com and I'm happy with the parts. Turned out well. I didn't get the poly. Too squeaky for me. After painting the parts look great and quality looks good.

i'm looking to rebuild mine this winter too, i've already looked into it and decided to buy from espo also. getting rubber bushings with the exeption that the upper control arm bushings will be poly. I've gotten my rear leaf springs and hardware from them and was very happy with thier customer service. I will just be getting the front rebuild kit as i already have a factory sway bar and good torsion bars. You may want to put a wanted ad in fabo for those two items, you might save some money

I have always been a fan of PSC (Peformance Suspension Components) out of AZ. The reason being is that when all the others were (and maybe still are) offering their rubber rebuild kits, they would pull from bins that were a hodge-podge of foreign and US parts. PSC always sold US made (Moog, TRW, etc.) parts. When it comes to suspension rebuild pieces for our cars, US made parts are the best hands down.

Wow that does look very nice painted!! Did you just use regular ol rattle can black paint?

How do you change the bushing on the lower control arm (the bushing that lines up with the torsion bars), is that pressed in?

Thanks. I'm really happy with the paint. The upper and lower control arms are powder coated. I sprayed the other parts with one coat duplicolor rust fix then one coat duplicolor primer and painted them all with rattle can stuff.

The lower control arm bushings have to be pressed in along with the pivot shaft. The uppers I used a tool to press them in myself. The Lowers are a booger to get out but I had a tool for the pivot shaft. The inner sleeve is a real *****. I torched out the old rubber and then used an air hammer to get the inner sleeve out. The flaming rubber is nasty. American muscle sells the tool kit. I think most of the companies offer it. I got charged $50 to have the lower bushings and shaft installed. I did all the hard work of getting the old stuff out. I thought the price was a little high though. Hope that helps some.

Thanks for all the help!!

One last question I have a 71 swinger but have upgrade to 73+ brakes. I am still using 71 lowers, how has everyone ordered in the past? I notice most kits are 68-72 or 73-76
