Back in the day they meant something, you had to have a class car to win one. Now they give them out at bracket races. Meh, no big deal, almost like a free hat.

That’s true 413…. I think them giving out small at the jr dragster level started that. We got ours at a Hot Rod Heritage Series race. Won in Phoenix. We finished 3rd that year overall. Probably the most fun I’ve had racing. Phoenix, Famoso, Salt Lake City, Sacramento, and ended back at Famoso. Made a lot of good friends on that deal.

You won a race, did well enough to finish 3rd overall AND probably had the most fun you've had racing.... PLUS you won a Wally! That's freakin awesome and I think you earned it!

Bill Just for fun, do an engine swap for the weekend and put that demon hemi in the duster.
Pretty please

Between my Son's and I, we have 50+
but it is every much a thrill as it was 50+
year ago to win one!

I still remember and treasure the memories of each
and every one. They do not come easy!

I have friend that has 18 wallys , used to be a class racer ...

I REALLY want on from March Meet! Got to the semis once but that was as close as I’ve come. Only race that event maybe every 3-4 years. Always 100+ cars in class.
