Who's Good At Ready Plugs?

READING PLUGS

Why is one side burning so differently than the other?

1968 engine, 225, .030 over, Pertronix ignition/hot coil, mild cam, Clifford intake, Holley 390 four bbl, shorty headers

#1 plug (the washer was removed because we thought the block was from a '61, but I replaced this plug with a new plug with the washer)

Same plug, different side

Depends on how the plugs was positioned once tightened down in the head and which side faced the piston and which side was toward the head.
I have to agree with MOPAROFFICIAL on there being a bit of oil in the combustion chamber and too hot of a plug.
I would also add that it looks like the fuel used is kind of on the crappy side.

Ngk. Stands for no good kind.
I rarely screw in ngks, but thats a ford chevy dodge thing.
Oil, hot plug.
How much time on the plugs?
