All I know is that lawyers SUCK! The idiot kid who killed the co-worker should be taught about accountability, simple as that! Maybe his parents should be held accountable too...

Just to chime in a little bit, the kids family should never be held accountable for his actions, he's not a KID at 19... he's a n adult, however inexperienced and clueless, he's still an ADULT. Kids are kids, when a bird leaves the nest the momma bird no longer regurgitates food for them.
