In 1972 when I was in Ft. Polk, La. my then girlfriend found a '69 340 Swinger 4spd for me. Man, I couldn't wait to get home. Still have the wife (36yrs) but sold the car after 20 yrs. Still kicking myself for selling it.
L=Dart, L=low price class, 23=2dr hdtp, F=318-2bbl, 9=1969 model, E=Los Angeles assembly plant, last 6 #s are the sequence #s. They usually start at 100,000. So, the first car built would be 100,001. Looks like you have an extra #. I agree with Green, they are both keepers.
