Will these dog dish fit on my 13" steel wheels?

Can they fit on here:

It says inside diameter of the dish is 9" and 8.75" respectively, so are they for 14" steelies or 13"?

Should fit either.
I have used the same dog dishes on both wheel sizes on my '65 Dart.

I had a set of the second style when I had my '67 2dr post. I had a second set of sbp 14" wheels from a Formula S, and those dog dishes fit both the 13's and the 14's.
